Bruce Willis

The actor and musician Bruce Willis is well known for playing wisecracking or hard-edged characters, typically in spectacular action films. Together, they've been featured in films grossing more than $2.5 billion dollars. Walter Bruce Willis, a West German-born actor, was born in Idar–Oberstein, West Germany on March 19 1955, to Marlene Kassel (from Carneys Point), and David Andrew Willis (from New Jersey), who lived on a military base in the United States. His family moved to U.S. soon after he was born. Willis was born in Penns Grove by his mother who worked for an establishment that was a bank, while his father who was a welder and factory worker and welder. Willis began to show an interest in drama arts in high school. He was "discovered" while working in the cafe in a New York City cafe. Later, he appeared in numerous off-Broadway productions. He was bartending one night when a casting director noticed his charisma and asked for him to serve as the bartender for a small film. Willis was a part of numerous auditions, before finding the role in the well-known romantic comedy, Moonlighting (1985), as David Addison. His sarcastic and wisecracking P.I. His hilarious and wisecracking P.I. is often seen as a trial run for his role as John McClane, the hardboiled NYC detective in Die Hard (1988), in which Willis combat a gang of brutal international thieves at the top of a Los Angeles skyscraper. In Die Hard 2 (1990) He reprised the character. The group of rebellious Special Forces soldiers is trying to restore a corrupt South American general. They are located in Washington's Dulles International Airport. The film's stellar box-office results led to another sequel to Die Hart with bloodshed (1995). This time, Samuel L. Jackson starred as a shrewd Harlem shopowner, who was not aware of the fact that he was required to help McClane during a terrorist attack on a scorching New York City day.
