Beyonce Giselle Knowles was born on
September 4, 1981, in Houston, Texas. Tina Knowles-Lawson, her mother has
designed their stunning costumes. Mathew Knowles is Destiny's Child's managing
director. Solange, her older sister (4 years apart), has released her first
album. She dances with her big sister at DC-3 shows. Beyonce is of Louisiana
Creole and African descent. She and her group were found by Whitney Houston.
Lovefool by The Cardigans is one of her top songs. An elegant pair of work
boots is her top piece of clothing. She is the writer and producer of many of
the group’s hit songs, including "Jumpin Jumpin",
“Bootylicious", “Nasty Girls”, "Independent Women", and
"Happy Face". She is the lead singer for Destiny's Child. The group
toured with Christina Aguilera as her opening act (2000). TLC was their opening
show (1999). Master P is a cat. She was a student at the High School for the
Performing and Visual Arts, Houston, Texas. Solange's older half-sister and
Nixon & Koi Knowles big sister. Star Search (1983): It was a time when
she appeared. The singer was the first woman of African descent ever to be
awarded the ASCAP Pop Songwriter of the Year Award in 2001. She is a huge fan
and admirer of Middle Eastern music. Her most well-known hit is the track

MTV Europe Video Music Awards and Billboard Awards are among the awards shows
she's been on stage at in 2003. She was also a guest at an South African AIDS
benefit event which Bono of U2 was the host in November 2003 to combat the AIDS

Love" (February 8 2004,). Mathew is her father. He is an African-American.
Her mother, Tina, is of Louisiana Creole origins - mostly African and French,
with ancestors from Louisiana as well as, prior to this, Canada. Beyonce is
also 1/32 Irish, and her maternal line is a distant Breton-, Spanish-,
Indonesian- as well as Chinese roots. According to some sources, she developed
a stage persona known as "Sasha" in order to overcome her shyness.
