Big Time Rush The Big Time Rush, an
American pop group formed in 2009, is a pop group from America. The group is
made up of Kendall Schmidt, James Maslow, Logan Henderson, and Carlos PenaVega.
The group initially signed with Nick Records in 2009 before moving to Columbia
Records. The group was on Nickelodeon's show on television called Big Time
Rush. The show aired from the beginning of November 28, 2009 until July 25
2013. The pilot episode showcased the group's first single for promotion,
"Big Time Rush". The band has released three albums, including BTR in
2010, Elevate in 2011, and 24/Seven in 2013. In 2014, the band stopped touring
for an indefinite period which lasted until 2021. The band resumed live shows
in the studio and came out with "Call It Like It's Like It's
Looking". Nickelodeon signed Big Time Rush to a record deal in 2009 in
conjunction with the TV show Big Time Rush. Nickelodeon also teamed up with
Columbia/Epic Label Group for production and original music. The first single
of the series, "Big Time Rush" came out on November 29 in 2009. The
announcement was made by Nickelodeon, the series was first broadcast in the
U.S. in November 2009 and then launched worldwide. The series premiered on a
special preview of the show. The theme is the current theme for the show's
opening. There were promotional singles released by the series, which included
"City is Ours" (with Big Time Rush) and "Any Kind of Guy".
Big Time Rush also remixed the Play song "Famous", which was written
by him. The track was released to iTunes on June 29 2010. The second song,
"Halfway There", was also released on iTunes after its debut on the
show. It quickly became the first single to chart on Billboard Hot 100. Due to
sales on digital platforms it climbed to number 93. On September 21 in 2010,
Big Time Rush released second single "Till I Forget About You" in
promotion of the release of their debut album. On the 11th of October, 2010,
the album, called BTR released to the general public. It debuted at number three
on the Billboard 200. It sold the album at 67,000 copies in its first week.
